Description: Will your Department be conducting a search for an open position? Search committee chairs and 50% of each committee are required to have attended an Equity-Minded Search Practices session within the last two years before their committee work commences.
Since issues affecting equitable practices are evolving, individuals interested in serving on search committees are required to attend the session every two years. To ensure our search committees reflect participation from across the campus, we urge faculty and staff members to be preemptive and register for a session. Session 3.0 is for attendees that have attended EMSP Sessions 1.0 and 2.0 and have reached the two year training expiration date after attending 2.0. Please register for Session 3.0 only if you have already attended Sessions 1.0 and 2.0.
