About this Event
Climate change is a real devastating macro issue that affects communities across the globe. While the links to natural resource extraction, carbon emissions, and environmental degradation affect many groups this is not an equal proportion on BIPoC communities. This workshop, as a part of the intersectional environmentalist series, hopes to provide spaces for critical reflection on how we leave these communities behind in The U.S. In the end, participants can identify an issue local to them and the possible processes of amending them to provide equity long overdue.
