About this Event
Having the ability to interact with people of different backgrounds is a process. It depends on our awareness and comfort level with diverse groups. This workshop will examine our relationships with individuals different from ourselves. The workshop is designed to help individuals explore their own perceptions, experiences, and comfort level with diverse groups through an eye-opening activity.
Ultimately, individuals will gain some insight into their own ways of thinking and can begin to apply what they've uncovered to future interactions with other groups and individuals. This workshop is required for the Equity-Minded Leadership Certificate and an option for the Career Leadership Management Certificate.
