Everyone has multiple identities. This session will demonstrate how people express their different identities and provide a new understanding of the wide range of diversity that exists in our daily interactions with other people. This is a required workshop for the Equity-Minded Leadership Certificate. As the foundation of the Equity-Minded Leadership Certificate, Identity Expression introduces participants to an interactive analysis of diversity. They will learn what aspects go into creating an identity. Using their own lives as examples, participants will take a look at how they express that identity.
