When did you first discover that there was such a thing as a leader? When did you decide that you could be a leader? When did you first experience leading? Can you remember what you did? Where do you think you are in the developmental process of leading? This session is based on the recent research on leadership identity development by the American College Personnel Association. Participants will critically evaluate the development of their personal leadership identity by connecting their own experiences and stages of development to this important theory. The workshop will also assist students in preparing their Personal Leadership Model.
