Midday Mindfulness is a weekly drop-in class offered TUESDAYS, 12:00-12:30 pm via Zoom. This short mindful reset will include a combination of breathing, seated yoga stretches, and mindfulness meditation. Anyone in the Geneseo campus community (students, faculty, staff) is free to attend with the link below. Fall classes on Tuesdays will run from September 10th through December 10th (no class during Fall Break in October). 

The class is instructed by Dr. Beth Cholette (she/her), Assistant Director for Counseling Services. Beth is both a licensed clinical psychologist and a registered yoga instructor.
