This free class is sponsored by Student Health and Counseling and available on a drop-in basis. We practice together to cultivate community, to support a sense of belonging, and to promote healthy wellbeing. Mats and other props available, and no prior yoga experience is necessary. The instructor, Dr. Beth Cholette (she/her), is both a licensed clinical psychologist and a registered yoga instructor. Her yoga teaching is offered at a slow pace and focuses on mind-body integration, individual experience, and personal practice on and off the mat.
