A three-hour workshop, intended for faculty and staff, that's meant to offer the basics of LGBTQ+ identities and offer strategies to become a better ally to the LGBTQ+ community. Highly interactive and co-facilitated by a faculty member & student leader. Participants recieve a sticker at the end meant to indicate their openness to conversation and their ability to listen empathetically and refer.
