Safe Zone is a workshop program meant to introduce participants to the basics of LGBTQ+ identities and to offer strategies and resources to become a better ally to folks in these communities. At the end of the workshop, you'll receive a sticker that can be affixed to your office/room/laptop etc. - the sticker indicates an openness to conversation around these issues and an ability to refer to resources available on campus. Past faculty & staff participants have reported long-lasting benefits from their participation. Advance signup is required and workshop is limited to 25 participants.
