Take A Meditation Break

This weekly opportunity to recharge, reduce stress and enhance well-being is sponsored by the Department of Student Health and Counseling and by the Geneseo Interfaith Service Project (GISP). The emphasis will be on creating a sense of restorative silence in a relaxed, quiet atmosphere in a circle of chairs. Dr. Lars Mazzola, Geneseo Yoga Club Instructor, will introduce the meditation theme each week.
